Senior User Acquisition Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale performance campaigns of global companies in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Handle all aspects of campaign management and marketing strategy implementation.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness, including CTR, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs.
- Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative and effective acquisition strategies.
- Monitor budget optimization of campaigns and acquisition tactics in order to maximize revenue and ROAS.
- Collaborate with our creative studio to create compelling and targeted creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive user conversions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a User Acquisition Manager.
- Experience managing online marketing campaigns in the gaming or health industry is a significant advantage.
- Experience managing high scale campaigns for global companies.
- In-depth knowledge of the various user acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High level English is required.
Motion Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design and execute static and motion graphics that communicate complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner, for various digital platforms- including social media digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure the cohesive execution of projects.
- Create storyboards, sketches, and mockups to help visualize concepts and ideas for motion graphics projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques to continually improve the quality of work.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design work- a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field- Significant advantage
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro).
- Extensive experience in video editing
- Out of the box thinking and innovative approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle design challenges.
- High level English – written and spoken
